Hi we have a member of staff who isn't entitled to SMP but should be paid the government Maternity Allowance.  I am having conflicting information on the web to whether the employers pensions contributions are paid over the 26 week Ordinary Maternity leave or the total of 39 weeks that Maternity Allowance is paid.   I have rung Nest and they asked me to ring the Pension regulator who's phones aren't working.  Does anyone know the answer.? I do hope so!!!
