Online Payslips Portal- Manage Employees

Has anyone had problem viewing the Manage Employees section of the Portal

It seems to have uploaded the historical payslips and emailed all the employees, however in Manage Employees, I cannot see any that any have registered when I know that they have.

    Hi Max,

    Thanks for using Sage City. I’m sorry for the delay in my reply, we’ve recently transitioned to a new system and are catching up with answering outstanding queries.

    This isn’t an issue we’re aware of. Try logging into your Sage 50cloud Payroll software as the username Manager.

    If you’re still unable to see what you need to in Manage Employees, set your software to run as administrator.
