Error on Pension data

I have a returning employee that was put back onto the payroll this month, sending the pension data through an error message comes up with "You've already enrolled this member on this enrolment type, please go back and change the enrolment status and try again"

Any ideas please.

    I notice this query hasn't had a community response.

    This is caused when an enrolment file is created in Send Pension Data, but the employee is already enrolled with the pension provider. To resolve this, first check with the provider that the employee is already correctly enrolled and ready for contribution figures to be sent. If they are, take the following steps:

    1. In the Errors tab of Send Pension Data, click I've corrected the errors to move this file back to the To Send tab.
    2. Click the To Send tab, then tick the box to the left of the Pension Enrolment file for this employee, it will be the one with "N/A" under the contribution columns.
    3. Scroll down and click the Mark as sent button to remove the enrolment file for this employee - take a backup when prompted if you don't already have one. You can then submit the contribution file for this employee as normal.
