Making a Payment after employee has left in prior tax year

Hi All, I had a couple of employees leave during March 24, I had processed their final pay and issued P45s.  Now it has come to light from their Line Managers that they are due overtime to be paid.  I have already done payroll year end and I am on the verge of update records for April payroll, how can I deal with these 2 employees who are due this overtime, do I need to make them a starter and leaver in April and use a OT tax code ?
