I have a weekly payroll, week 1 was processed last week but the year end has not been done. Will this cause an issue?

It won't cause a problem to process week 1 in the new tax year then complete your year end submissions and produce p60s, as long as you'd processed all 23/24 payments before starting on 24/25.
There are some important steps to get ready for the new tax year before you start processing though. Were they completed before you processed week 1?
