Unable to download legislation updates

Hello 
 We have an issue with Sage Payroll V30. we are unable to download the new NI legislation updates. This is the error we get. Wet have removed antivirus and turned off the firewall and we have also re installed Sage Payroll to no avail.

Thanks Steven, at this stage I would recommend referring to your local IT Support so they can look at the network traffic while Sage 50 Payroll is in use to see what is being blocked. Regards,
