As a company we currently operate 20 Paye schemes, its historical and goes back years. We basically have 20 different sites around the UK but all trade under one LTD company. We are now looking to revoke our P350 Election and combine all employees under one PAYE scheme, however with 350 employees we have 3 users processing all at the same time. So my question is, if we do operate under one PAYE scheme and i allocate each employee to one of the 20 departments, can 3 people all be in sage 50 payroll at the same time without it "falling over" ?
I'm assuming we would each take a department at a time and process or do we enter payments and then process as a group with one payment summary? is pension assessment affected in any way?
