bank feeds

recently started using bank feeds. Had no problems downloading transactions from bank until yesterday, no transactions have downloaded from the bank, even though there are transactions in the bank.

I have disconnected bank feeds and re-connected but this did not fix the problem.

Can anyone advise. I am using sage 50 accounts professional
