backup option from menu is no longer available under a remote access login since upgrading from 29.0 to 29.2

Question

Any others experienced this since upgrading? The option was there to be able to pull off a backup when using Sage 50 under a remote access login before the update to 29.2 was done at the main site and subsequent remote machine. 
 Is there a reason this has been removed?

Thanks for using Sage City.

Access to the backup option is controlled by Access Rights and should not change on upgrade. I would recommend logging on as Manager at the Remote site, if the backup option is available you can then edit the access of the user you were logging in as to allow access to the backup option.
