How to solve "Link remove" Query.

Hi, 
 Following is the massage displayed when we convert our sage data to xero. 
 "We've converted your data but it suffers from a known problem where Sage loses the link between invoices and payments. These show in your Sage data as "Link Removed". 
 The converted data is not correct because of this problem, and we've included the differences below to help you fix it: "

Could you help to clear link remove flag from transaction because there is not any difference between the debtors control account balance and sum of customer ledger's balance in SAGE 50 account.

A Link Removed transaction is a transaction that has been paid by another transaction that no longer exists within the data. When you try to view the allocation on the Link Removed transaction, the software is unable to display the details of the transaction that no longer exists and Link Removed appears instead. this article explains more: Link removed transactions >

Since you're converting the data for use with Xero, any amendments to the data to make it compatible with Xero would need to be supported by Xero.
