Bit of a weird one, We complete quarterly VAT returns, on a cash accounts basis, and because we are export oriented, usually receive a refund.
We do the VAT return, submit to HMRC, pay them, or they pay us, but, the VAT returns aren't showing on the main VAT tab.
I'm assuming a step is being missed somewhere but I cant see where,
Theres a couple missing, can they be recovered?
