My client uses the Sage add-on Compleat Purchase to Pay. Since upgrading to v24.2.228, when Compleat posts to Sage, the invoice date is transposed from UK format to US format. I have asked Compleat to investigate at their end, but they do not seem to be able to resolve this. I assumed that Compleat are Sage Developers and would have access to their own support for this, but apparently not, they have asked me to contact you as we are Business Partners. They have checked the server region setting where Sage and the connector is installed and all date and time setting point to United Kingdom. A setting has been applied after the Compleat connector upgrade to force the connector globalization to en-GB. Without this setting, compleat tries to post invoices in a US format but because the period of invoice date is closed. The invoice match fails to post. As only two people for the company match and post invoices, I have had IT check the region setting on their own PCâ€s and they have confirmed everything is set to en-GB United Kingdom. I have also set the .NET Globalization to English (United Kingdom) (en-GB) and performed a IIS reset I have also checked Sage Accounts and the PC Region is set to English (United Kingdom)
