Access denied error

Question

Hi, We use Sage 50 with remote access data. I log on as the manager and there is 1 other user. When I try and log in I am getting an Access Denied message - You cannot login at present because COH is in backup option on machine ..... Has anybody else had this before? Thanks Tim

This type of error normally occurs if the software crashes, or doesn't close down properly.
