Not Planned

Thank you very much for taking the time to tell us about your idea to improve Sage 50cloud Accounts, or to comment on another user’s idea.

Sage are currently reviewing all of the ideas from our customers with the view to include those that have gained the most votes in a future release.

Unfortunately, since posting your wish it has not gained enough support from other members for it to be considered for inclusion in a future release.

To see what we currently have planned, please take a look at all the ideas with the status of Currently ‘Coming soon’.

Project Departments

Could you add the department number to projects, to enable all purchases and sales to be defaulted to that department when the project number is entered.

  • But this is hardly the best way though is it? for customers to actually know about comments, you have to scroll through loads, Sage don't compile them in a better way, nor do they notify anyone of recommendations to vote if they are good for their business or not.....

  • Hi Lynsey, It's not the intention that the ideas are seen as simply being dismissed. I am conducting an exercise currently to read through every wish to determine the features that are most popular among forum members, as part of this exercise it inevitably means that those wishes that have not gained support need to be closed down. The aim is that the list will be one which is more manageable and constantly being curated i.e. there will be perhaps be a hundred or so up to date wishes with comments from Sage, rather than thousands, many of which are over 5 years old. The wish list in it's previous unmanaged form wasn't useful for Sage to determine the features to implement, and wasn't useful to forum members as there were far too many wishes to scroll through. I hope this makes sense, i'm happy to discuss further if required.

  • What do you actively do to inform customers and ask them to vote on these ideas please? As I am never made aware of suggestions and do not have the time to go through all of these on a regular basis. It is sad that customer ideas are just dismissed like this.
