It would e very useful to have an on/off tick box that meant that every time a supplier or cusotmer name was entered on a form, the contents of the Memo field would appear in the a pop up window.
Useful data about the status of an account could be placed there; reminders about delivery addresses etc. We have multiple people entering data and if, for example, a delivery address is temporarily changed, it's hard to communicate that data to all data entry people.
