We are often asked  to provide quotations that are very similar in content to recent invoices.  For years we have found it frustrating that it is not possible to duplicate an invoice but turn it into a quotation.  It seems such a simple thing to wish for but it is so frustrating and clunky to have to take a screen shot of an invoice and type in the quotation, picking all the part codes, quantities and comment fields off the screen shot.

I have never requested this before because I assumed that with each software update it would automatically be managed better.  It isn't even possible to Memorise an invoice as a Quotation.
