Hello Maria, 

When submitting under Making Tax Digital you can't amend or resubmit a VAT return. You will need to speak to HMRC about the incorrect VAT Return, if there were transactions entered after 31st Dec 2020 they will now be marked as VAT Reconciled and will have been incorrectly submitted to HMRC.
