Adding headed paper for invoicing template

I am trying to find out how to add our headed paper as a template for our customer invoicing.

I can only find how to import CSV files but our headed paper is a Word document.

Does anyone know how to do this? Sage online help no help at all.

The way we did it was to import the 'letterhead' items as photos for the logos and rekey any wording in the appropriate place(s)
