Are you linking GoCardless with Sage at all? Anything that has been entered manually won't pull through from GoCardless but you may need to match your GoCardless customers in Sage.

Thank you for getting back to me Lee - Yes I have been entering manually and just worried when I connect it will duplicate payments. 

Don't worry at all! It'll basically only start when you enable the GoCardless functionality in Sage and start when Sage 'knows it's started, if you get me?

oh fab - if I have already connected can I just disconnect the connection to start again? I was all set to go last year but the internet blocker stop me :-(
