The following folder does not exist on my PC:  C:\Windows\Syswow64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Sage\SSB\ Accounts\Collaborate Therefore I cannot clear it. Please advise?

I have looked at Sage Drive Management Centre. Both my Accountant and I are shown. What next? I am very confused and ready to cancel my subscription. I should not have to delve into the dep[ths of my PC.

Alternatively, you can remove Sage Drive and set it up again later if you need instant access and don't have time right now to contact us >> Remove a company from Remote Data Access (formerly Sage Drive) and upload your data again

Thanks. I am a Franchisee of The Co-op and have asked their I.T people to look at it. Apparently I am not eligible for phone support, even though I pay for Sage through a monthly Subscription. I am now looking at alternative software. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated. Geoff.
