Hi since we had a powercut on Saturday I've been unable to logon to my desktop pc which holds the data file, it says Manager is already logged into my machine see below

When I take the Yes option it just shuts down the window and when I retry the same thing happens again, I've tried restarting the pc and deleting the "Queue" file 

The laptop linked to the pc as second user is still able to open and access data - any ideas of how to rectify this please
