This Sage Drive is used by all out Software so it snot just specific this is the the name of it. It has nothing to do with the EU, On your query it just looks like someoen has either attempted or set up Sage drive before on your PC. 

Does your accountant connect in to your Sage?

If this should not be the case we can just remove Sage Drive for you and you will only use this PC.

Hi

We have never previously set up Drive on the computer as obviously, it is not needed on one computer.  Our accountant does access remotely.  Why, though, was I asked repeatedly to sign into Drive when all I wanted to do was access our usual account on the one computer used for this?  Has Sage changed something today to make this happen?  The whole system crashed a couple of times during use once I had access.  this unfortunately is a regular occurrence.  The screen just locks up and then Sage shuts down completely.

There has been no change from our side on Sage Drive no updates at all. This may just be the sqlite files on your Sage have been corrupted or damaged. Removing these will solve the problem for you.

Never heard of them. How could this have happened?  How can it be rectified?  Will removing any files affect the running of the software?  My shopping list of faults that Sage need to sort remotely is getting longer and longer.

Without knowing your PC and exactly what has been done i cant really advise why this has happened, If you give our team a call we can get this fixed for you within minutes. 

The best number to call is 0191 479 5955. They will be able to remote on if necessary.

Suggestion: provide support hours when companies can manage without Sage for essential operations.
