Hi,

My colleague whenever she tries to open a supplier record, nominal record, bank account, customer record.... the data file location opens on her computer.

For example if she wanted to check some of the details of Supplier X, when double clicks the supplier to open it's record. The supplier record opes but then so does the file location of the supplier on our Sage drive. It would open a folder as: Sage drive>Accounts>2008>Company No>Attachment>Supplier>Supplier X

It's not a dramatic issue but after a month or so, it's starting to become frustrating and irritating! 

I have tried looking through configuration, options etc to find something that may be causing this but I'm clueless
