No Prior year values populating on any NL reports

Question

Correct year is showing and prior year values show if I go through the NL activity but if I run a report which is meant to show prior year values, they all come up as 0. 
 Any ideas?

 Thanks for using Sage City. 
 What nominal codes are you looking at? are these Profit and Loss? For which Year have you already closed the Year End for the Year you are running this for?
