Sage Drive service unavailable

Hi,

I am using Sage 50c Accounts with 2 companies and 2 users.

When I try to launch either company I get an error message that says: "Sage Drive service is currently unavailable and may be inaccessible for some time."

It gives me the option to retry or work offline. I do not want to work offline as the second user has remote access to the data. She is away at the moment so I am unable to see if she has the same issue.

I am still able to log in to the Sage Drive website and there are no issues listed on the service status page. I have updated my software to 26.2.139.0.

Is there anything else I could/should be doing?
