How to set the Period Trial Balance to include Codes with zero balances?

I've tried to follow a couple of procedures in order to reveal zero balance codes in my TBs but they don't seem to work for me. Has anyone done this successfully? Specifically I'm running the Period Trial Balance report which at the moment only shows codes with a balance but I need all codes so I can export to a consistent excel template. Many thanks, joned

    There's a filter on the report that tells it only to print rows where there is a balance.  Remove it in the Report Designer.  Click on the 3.Details line in the report (it will go orange), then click View, Properties.  Remove the filter. But please test the output before and after in case I've misled you :)
