Nominal Codes

I have several nominal codes for NIC ER's relating to different people on the payroll. Can I make one consolidated nominal that shows just the total for everyone but have effectively a sub section feeding into the nominal so that I can still record the individual transaction for department accounts purposes/

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    You could do this by using departments. So have one nominal code for NIC that all those transactions are posted to. However, you could set up departments in accounts, that represent the employees. Then when you post the transactions to the NIC nominal code, you can put a department on each transaction.
