Hi, We have a large chart if accounts and I want to create smaller ones for easier reporting on smaller departments of the business. I have created the income and expenses on a new chart of accounts and only need 2 headings - Income and Expenditure. I also don't need any balance sheet info brought over. It gives me an error saying partial complete - but I dont want to bring in the other 30000 codes! Can anyone help me please?
Thanks for using Sage City.The software is configured to check the Chart of Accounts against the list of Nominal Codes and if any codes are not included it will always show that the chart is partial.If you're looking to run departmental reports we would normally recommend using a departmental management reports.
