In Sage 50 Accounts to run the Profit and Loss Report, click Nominal codes and then click Profit & Loss. There's some more information in the following article.

If you want to report on turnover, click Customers, then click Reports and then click Credit Control. You can use the Sales Ledger Turnover Period and Year to date report. More information about this report here.
