Apologies for the delay in replying. We changed systems and some queries were missed by mistake.
To email statements you need to set up email defaults in the program. To do this please see this step by step guide: 36955

To email statements go to customer > highlight the customer > click statements form the top > select the layout > click email.
If it's saying you need to apply email settings, follow the article 36955 in my first reply.
