Hi.

To email statements go to customer > highlight the customer > click statements form the top > select the layout > click email.

Thanks for using Sage City.

Apologies for the delay in replying. We changed systems and some queries were missed by mistake.

To email statements you need to set up email defaults in the program. To do this please see this step by step guide: 36955

I can email invoices but cannot see from your reply how to send a statement.

Can you explain in plain terms how to do this?
