Exporting carriage data

Hi,

Does anyone know how to look up the carriage charges on Sage? I want to see how much we have made on carriage on a per month basis and dont know what report to select or how to create a look up as its not technically a product.

I have done this before, so I know its possible, but my mind is drawing a blank.

Any help appreciated.

    Hi Lisa. 

    Thanks for using Sage City. 

    If you added carriage to the invoice or order, within the footer tab, you would have had to enter a nominal code (default is 5100). The carriage value is then posted to that nominal. You can check which nominal has been used by going to Invoices and Credits > Footer.

    If you wanted to check the values of that, go to nominal codes > highlight your carriage nominal > reports > nominal activity > run the nominal activity report for the criteria you require.
