Can you explain why we are being kept waiting for support for 45 to 50 mins, and not being offered the Call Back option that comes with our support package please?

    This is a very frustrating experience for our customers and we would like to assure you that we are committed to improving the wait times, and your feedback has been reported into the business so that we can continue to improve our services.

    In addition to us being available over the phone, for support with Sage 50 or Instant Accounts and Payroll, we also offer web chat from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our extensive self-service area Ask Sage also contains useful articles, guides and videos.
