The number I always use is 0845 111 5555.  I've just phoned it and I got a message that the current waiting time is 20-25 minutes.

I've just spoken to the Sage Sales Team and they say that the support lines are very busy at the mo.  They said that the least busy times are early in the morning and late in the afternoon but that doesn't help if your issue is urgent.

You can avoid the excessive 0845 charges by calling 0191 294 3000. It doesn't make anything quicker, but it is cheaper on most phone lines. Alternative to premium rate numbers such as this can be found on www.saynot0870.com - I use it a lot.
