Sage Premium Support

Can anyone tell me how to contact Sage Premium Support? The only number we have is 0845 111 5555 which is only open from 9am and does not ask you to enter an account number to get priority support.

Our MD arrived in the office at 7.30 to be ready to phone at 8am only to be told the line does not open till 9am and then had to wait as there is no option to enter the Accoutn Number.

Also how does the Call Back service work as we've never been given this option either just a minimum of a 30+ minute wait.

    The contact number for Sage Cover Premium support is 0845 111 0803. This support is available from 8am until 8pm, Monday to Friday.

    Sage Cover Premium support does offer a callback service, if current service levels allow.

    I had asked for the phone number from Sales and the Online Chat who both told me it was the same number as the normal help number.

    Good to finally get the correct number.

    Hi Paul,

    We have "premium support" on our accountants network package and have recently experienced long delays on hold and being cut off after approx. 40 minutes !  I requested a call back on Monday to discuss this.  In all the years we have paid for priority support we have never been given the number 0845 111 0803.  We have been using the number 0845 245 0253 (which was what was known as the accountants club priority line and did used to get answered almost immediately).  Will the number you have given be answered any quicker ?  As there doesn't appear to be any point in having premium support ?

    Hi,

    The few times we have had to call the premium support number above we have been answered fairly quickly and much quicker than the normal support number.

    Thanks for your reply.

    It seems that support is exceptionally busy due to making tax digital enquiries.  A colleague tried calling the number ending 0803 yesterday (mid-morning) and there was a wait in excess of 1 hour - he had to hang up.  It might be that we are calling at the busiest times.
