Can anyone tell me how to contact Sage Premium Support? The only number we have is 0845 111 5555 which is only open from 9am and does not ask you to enter an account number to get priority support.
Our MD arrived in the office at 7.30 to be ready to phone at 8am only to be told the line does not open till 9am and then had to wait as there is no option to enter the Accoutn Number.
Also how does the Call Back service work as we've never been given this option either just a minimum of a 30+ minute wait.
