The only way that you could achieve this is by setting up a price list for the customer. You can use price list in Sage 50 Accounts Plus and above.

There are 5 types if discounting in sage.

if the customer gets 5% off everything and an extra 5% on dry goods then you can apply a customer discount of 5% and then a customer price group for the specific customer for the dry goods.

Remember to recalculate the prices after editing the % discounts.
