Redistributable primary interop assemblies

Hello can anyone help please????

I run sage 50 accounts professional V24 on outlook 2013.

For some strange reason i can no longer email my sales invoices to customers.

I get the following message - Please install office update: Redistributable Primary Interop assemblies!!!!

I have not changed anything and my IT dept have spent the past 2 days looking at why this has happened and drawn a blank.

Sage support hasnt been able to fix this either.

I initially thought it was an error with sage connecting to outlook but i can send statments and letters and purchase orders. so this is very strange!(Please visit the site to view this file)

  • Hi Andrea,

Thanks for using our Product Support Community.

There are no specific solutions for the message "Please install Office Update: Redistributable Primary Interop Assemblies to run this functionality."' as it can have various causes, many of which are outside of our control or due to things we can't check.

Once you've entered your email settings, if you have any issues sending documents by email, you should first restart your computer. If the issue persists you can follow the steps in our guide to check and resolve this.
