We’re offering a new way for you to get quick answers to your questions from our Sage experts without having to call us.
We’re holding live drop-in Q&A sessions, Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm, where you can put your questions to us online. We’ll demo some of the most common questions you ask us, but the focus of the sessions will be driven by you and your questions about Sage 50cloud Accounts.
For example:
All you need is a computer with internet access and speakers or headphones so you can listen in. You can then simply submit your question through the chat option in our online meeting room and our experts will answer the questions live as they come in, so you can hear what others are asking too.
We’ll be taking your questions about the latest supported versions of Sage 50cloud Accounts. As this is an open forum for asking questions, we can’t answer questions about your account information or a way your organisation specifically does business during this time.
To ask your question, simply join us during a live session.
How about make it easy for Sage customers and you get these people answering the phones instead of making them wait for 75 minutes?!

Paul, what's the point? I sent you a long message with an issue I'm having and all I'm getting is an apology and provide you with my query. What else do I need to do?
When Bank Reconciling if there is a difference and you are given three choices: 1. Add Adjustment, 2. Ignore Difference or 3. Cancel, QUESTION 1. where does the Add Adjustment put the difference? Question 2: What is the effect where ever the difference has ended up? and Question 3: What happens if you Ignore Difference and reconcile? PLEASE, THANK YOU, Regards Abdul

Finally, someone who knows how to help, from the sheets I've read I'm hoping it will help me to do the Bank Reconciliation, if it does not I will come back to you with whatever errors or issues it may bring up but thank you. You're the only second person who has helped, thanks
I have had the same issue for a few weeks and sometimes the q&a works fine and other times they have answered my query but it does not sure up in the text box. Also live chat tends to not be available.

I'm sorry you've had trouble with seeing the Q&A answers. Can you try using a different web browser next time you access it to see if the same thing happens.
Also try clearing the internet cookies, cache and temporary internet files on the browser you had trouble with and check again next time.
