Retain spooled reports on upgrade

If you upgrade from 200c v2016 or before to 200c 2018 Winter edition you lose spooler access to your previous reports.

Surely it cannot be impossible to convert these files?

Do you not think it would be appropriate to warn end-users of this "fault" / issue?

I upgraded a site last week to Spring 19 from 2015 and the spool upgraded without issue

Its listed as fixed in Spring 2019 though I have not tested whether it actually is

Thank you Andrew Siddles - so it is a fault / missing functionality with the Winter Edition 2018, but what about Spring 2019 - is it fixed or outstanding?

If you go to Summer edition 2018 first then it retains the Spooler files and then you can go to Winter Edition 2018 and the files will be there

I never got the error described in issue 7956, so just assumed that Sage had repeated previous 'bad' practices. With the number of MTD upgrades required, surely someone should have had the sense to inform us resellers/dealers of the problem and the work-around?
