When using rapid invoice entry there is nowhere at present to enter information that would fill in the VAT Details field as found on a standard invoice entry screen. (VAT Analysis Section)

The result of this is that when you run a VAT126 report to submit to HMRC you are left with a number of lines that need to be manually updated as they contain no detail from the invoice and this is required as a part of the VAT return.

We would either need to have this field available on the rapid invoice entry screen or similar to the Nominal Vatable Payment entry screen the system uses the narrative field for both the narrative field seen in a transaction report and also the VAT details field seen in the VAT126.

It would also be helpful if the details box in the purchase invoice screen would highlight in yellow if left blank to highlight missing data to the user.
