Sending eMail PIN numbers to employees.

I have have ticked the box Use eMail Feature under company details.

When I click on the tab Send eMail PIN I am getting the following message - eMailing Failed: Mail Error: Login Failure. What does this mean? What do I need to do?

Hi Liam, is this for Sage200 (standard or extra online) for the UK/IE area or another program? I dont recognise what you're getting.
