On sage line 50 there used to be a file maintenance tab that listed all entries - is there a similar facility in sage pro 200 as I find it very frustrating I cannot use this useful model!

    As we tell all our Sage 50 to Sage 200 upgrade customers,  these are not the same product with the same features.

    I take you are refereing to the Audit trail view that shows every transaction.  In sage 200 there is no direct similar screen, the data is stored differently so therefore that sort of view is not possible.

    There are workspaces and enquires in each module which may provide with the information that you want.

    There is also and Audit Trail list in the System Administration menu in Sage 200, which may go some way towards what you require
