Sage Login Error from Remote Desktop

Hi, does anyone know how to go about with this error, we have sage200 running on a windows Remote Desktop but recently some users haven’t been able to login. When they use the correct password, it brings up this error message and if you use the wrong one, it prompts you to enter the correct one. Been stuck with this for sometime now. Appreciate your help.

    Hi Eric,

    Toby has already replied here, but just to add in agreement that it does appear to be either a Remote Desktop or Azure Virtual Desktop error message rather than a direct Sage error. Similar to as Toby recommended, we'd suggest getting in touch with either your IT or your Sage support partner to investigate this further.
