Moving from on-premise Sage200 to cloud-based

Hello, 
 My client is using on-premise Sage200 and they face certain challenges when it comes to integrations with other systems. 
 What is necessary to move from the on-premise version to a cloud-based? How complex, time-consuming and costly would this be?
