    Hi Patryk

The standard SOP Invoice and SOP Despatch layouts provided within the program are already capable of displaying traceable items.

Information around enabling certain settings to allow the batch/serial numbers to be printed can be found here.

If you require further support in this area please reach out to your Sage 200 Support Partner.

    Hi Keith

Yes, I already have batch ID added to my customized SOP Invoice layout.

    Issue →

1 product (1 line); 20 units dispatched in total - 15 from batch XXX and 5 from batch ZZZ

On my SOP Invoice layout I see total of 20 units dispatched/invoiced but only 1st batch is used

I already added Data Field (TraceableItems → IdentificationNo) once. Do I need to add another Data Field?

    Thanks!

    Patryk,

You may need to create a section on the layout based upon the Identification number.

    Hi Patryk
You should start your customisation from a standard layout which already shows the traceable items.
If you want to carry on with what you already have customised then look at the standard layout and add the relevant groups that are missing along with section filters. Make sure these groups are in the same order as the standard layout.
If you require the changes to be completed by Sage and you are an end user then you can book an appointment here to discuss what is required.
If you're a Sage 200 Partner and trying to complete these adjustments on behalf of your customer then direct them to the link above.
