exporting CSv doesn't work

Hi, Its adrison here from IT department here at Trinity College Cambridge. we are using Sage 200 (1966-2011). All users in our college are having issues with exporting file. It's an urgent issue and I will really appreciate if someone can help me. the issue is when I open a particular file. I want to export the files into Comma Delimited (*.CSV). but when i'm trying to save that option it doesn't appear in the drop down list only csv and lengthy delimited appears. our banking software only takes Comma delimited so its really difficult now to export. Please can someone help. Thank you

Hi Adrison, 
 The two options you mentioned are the only options available when exporting reports to CSV. It is my understanding that both options technically produce &lsquo;Comma Delimited&rsquo; files, they do however encapsulate each field with quotation marks, which may be the reason you are having difficulty importing the file into your bank software. 
 One solution may be to open the file in Microsoft Excel, then Export, Change File Type, select CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv), and then Save As &ndash; this will produce a file without quotation marks encapsulating each field.
