Is anyone else currently having an issue logging into the Sage Cloud Accounting due to Technical Error?

Hi Jessica Lewis , Thanks for reaching out. Which error are you getting? O ur status page at status.sage.com currently does not report any service outages. 
 If you're faced with the "Authentication Error - EC02" during login, especially when accessing Sage Accounting through www.sage.com , here are the steps to potentially resolve this issue: 
 
 Attempt Login: First, try logging into your account as you normally would. 
 I nspect the URL: If you receive an authentication error, examine the address in your browser. It's likely to end with .../error-id-provider. 
 Adjust the URL: By removing the /errors/error-id-provider part from the end of the URL and pressing enter, you may bypass the error and access your account normally. 
 
 This method provides an alternative solution if clearing your browser&rsquo;s cache and cookies doesn't rectify the problem. Hope this helps! Warm Regards, Erzsi
