I updated the bank credentials this morning and it still does not update the transactions in Sage. It says last date Jan 14th

I am having the same issue and was told it was sent to iCloud escalation.  I still have the same issue and must disconnect my accounts and reconnect them before they work. They only work for that day.  It is a daily connect and disconnect.  I am using the sage accounting cloud and  TD Easyweb.
