Sage 50 bug report - window maximizing

So, I have my taskbar located on the left hand side of my desktop (instead of the bottom).  When I maximize Sage 50 2016, the window maximizes but it is shifted to the left edge of the desktop, partially behind my taskbar.  There is space on the right hand side (of my desktop) for the maximized window.   See attached jpg.  The blue space on the right side is my desktop background.

Any ideas on how to fix this myself, or do I need to wait until Sage 50 2017 comes out?

Yeah, I'd say that's a bug, new for 2016! I can replicate it on my Windows 7 workstation, and the unique behavior does not happen in the 2015 software.

I used to see that with most software, back in the NT4 / Windows 95 days, it's been a while. I preferred my taskbar at the top, where menus belong...

On the balance, at least they took "Sage 50 Quantum Accounting 20xx Accountant's Edition Etc Etc Etc Etc Etc.." out of the title bar string (I'm sure I'm not the only one who complained), so I can now tell which company file is hiding under each taskbar item. And that 'Type a question for help' stuck into the title bar is also thankfully gone, hopefully forever.

    Hi Mike

This issue has been escalated and currently under review.

As for the workaround, if you place the Task bar is at bottom or right, it seems is fine or you can cascade the window and adjust the size for now.
