Sorry, forgot to cover a few things :) 

I finally figured it out... kind of! After endless google searches I finally decided to just unplug my second screen, click Find Match, and it opened. Weird! I've never had this issue with my second screen in the past.

With both monitors plugged in, open the Find Match screen.  If it is "missing" then immediately hit Alt-Spacebar.  This will bring up a menu.

Hit M for move and if the menu is in the top right corner of your monitor, use the down and left arrows repeatedly to bring the window back on screen.  If the menu is at the bottom left, then use the up and right arrows to bring it back on screen.  When it is in the correct place, hit Enter to stop the Move command.
