Outstanding Deposit on account reconciliation summary, but no outstanding deposits in my next months bank reconciliation screen

I am trying to track down an amount showing on my "Account reconciliation Summary report. Report by statement end date."

outstanding deposit - 6,741.20 yet when I open up the reconciliation & deposits for my next month, there are no 'outstanding' deposits for the month prior to be cleared off. how do I figure out where this amount came from. I can not drill down in the report to bring me to the entries.

The only thing that jumps out at me is that you are hiding your corrections. Have you adjusted that entry since you did the Sep bank rec? Uncheck the Do not show corrections box and see if you can see the two sides of a correction for that deposit.
